I am so sad to say... my mom, Susan went to heaven early this morning (Saturday) at 2:30am peacefully while she was sleeping. She fought a battle with cancer for much too long and our Lord in heaven finally relieved her of her pain.
Her last few days were difficult for us all but the peace we feel knowing that she is in God's careful loving arms is very comforting.
We are so thankful for everyone's prayers and support during this journey. It was in my mom's last wishes to be cremated then to have a memorial service celebrating her glorious life. Plans have still yet to be made and I will notify our close family and friends about her service as soon as we have made arrangements.
